NOTICE: Landlord/Management will not house any tenants who are dealing or using illicit drugs or similarly allowing others to aid and abet in the use of sale of illicit drugs and any other such unlawful acts or illegal commerce. Tenant(s) will have three days to vacate premises if Tenant(s) and/or their invitees condone such activity.

To all Prospective Tenants
Our policy regarding application fee, security deposit, and Lease Agreement execution:
Our non-refundable Credit Check Fee of $20.00 is payable by check, money order, (made out to Sall Associates) or credit card online at sallassociates.com. The Credit Check fee covers the cost of a credit check, employment check, and prior landlord verification.
Anyone 18 years of age and older must complete an application and submit a copy of the following: picture ID , social security card, and proof of income, (4 most current pay stubs or 2 pay stubs if paid bi-weekly), with proof the $20.00 credit check fee was paid. All this can be emailed to
leasingagent@sallassociates.com.
Upon approval of your application, you will be contacted by our leasing agent and asked to remit the full security deposit which holds the apartment for two (2) weeks. Within these 2 weeks, the Lease Agreement must be signed! If this is not done we will assume you no longer want the apartment and it will be placed back on the market and your paid security deposit will be forfeited.
Utilities NOT included in the rent must be put in your name and provide proof this has been done.
All required documents must be turned in prior to the Lease Agreement signing.
SECURITY DEPOSIT AND FIRST MONTHS RENT MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE YOU RECEIVE THE KEYS TO THE RENTED APARTMENT.
Your signature below acknowledges that you have read and understand our policy with regard to the application fee, deposit, required documents, and lease signing. No application will be considered until you have signed and dated below.
